AMY LINN
With over three decades of design work in Napa Valley, I have evolved my craft from award-winning packaging to comprehensive brand design—bringing strategy and storytelling to every touchpoint.
I work mostly solo, but when a project calls for it, I bring in a trusted network of illustrators, photographers, calligraphers and designers — the right blend of creatives for your brand.
I love packaging design, but a brand is so much more than a label or a bottle. Great design solves problems ~ it creates connections.

A few of my wine labels are part of the Smithsonian’s permanent collection on the history of wine.

Prior Experience
Amy began her design career immersed in the wine industry. Earlier in her career, working as a designer for another studio, she helped bring premium wine brands to shelf, creating labels, custom bottle shapes, corks, capsules, and shippers.
Today, that same rigor and wine-industry fluency goes into every Linn Design Studio project.

We’re small, but we punch above our weight.
The studio is a light-filled, vintage 1909 building in old town Napa - surrounded by good food, great wine, and a community we love.
We’re about an hour from San Francisco when we need that big city energy.
